Crazy About Breakfast [Feb 5 - Feb 10]

For some reason this week, I happened to take pictures of my breakfasts...except for my Saturday lunch? Haha. Anyways, on Saturday, I had a scoop of Tofutti wildberry supreme frozen dessert with a slice of reduced fat cherry cake.

I felt super hungry on Saturday and went all out on lunch: pasta with marinara and brocolli, garden vegetable soup, and raspberry oat bars. The pictures don't show exactly how MUCH I eat, but I had many plates of the raspberry oat bar. What can I say? It was one of the few desserts my dining commons makes well.

On Sunday, I had a simple breakfast. I had two mini plain bagels from Trader Joe's with orange blossom honey. I tried using ketchup as a condiment on the other bagel, but didn't go very well so I stuck with the honey.

Usually every other Monday, I have the opportunity to indulge in apple crepes. At 90 calories a piece and 0.5 grams of fat, I HAD to indulge! (I think I had like three...maybe four...)

My breakfast on Wednesday was mediocre. I just wasn't feeling it. Had a bowl of oatmeal (bleh, not enough sugar), an english muffin with raspberry jam (too doughy and the jam was too runny), and a bite of watermelon (bland tasting).

Since my Thursday mornings always have me in a rush, I had what took three bites of vegan mocha cake. Nothing mocha about it. Had absolutely no taste and felt like I was chewing on dry dough. And I wasted 390 calories believe it or not :(...definitely not a cake to represent what vegan desserts can be.It does look deceiving though...
